The apartment in Gouna was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The location, nestled in a very calm neighborhood, provided the perfect, peaceful retreat.<br/>The space itself was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped; it truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.<br/>A huge thank you must go to Nahed from Stiletto, who was incredibly professional and very responsive throughout our booking and stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and smooth.<br/>We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Gouna and would happily book it again!

⸻<br/>Nous avons séjourné dans le chalet du 10 au 22 et, dans l’ensemble, notre séjour s’est bien passé.<br/>Nous avons cependant eu quelques difficultés avec la climatisation des trois chambres, le problème ayant persisté jusqu’au dernier jour. Heureusement, M. Amre Ali, responsable de la maintenance, a toujours été très réactif, à l’écoute et d’une grande gentillesse. Il s’est déplacé plusieurs fois pour nous aider, et nous le remercions vivement pour sa disponibilité.<br/>Concernant la propreté, elle était correcte dans l’ensemble, mais nous avons remarqué de la poussière sous les lits qui aurait mérité un nettoyage plus approfondi.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. The location is gorgeous, very calm and the hosts were responsive. Checking in and out was easy. The apartment is modern and has a very nice feeling to it. The main issues we had was that apart from one AC, the other three ACs were very old, had not been cleaned in a long time and were hence smelly and lacked controls. The hosts were responsive and tried to fix the issues but it was a challenge as it was 36 degrees plus. The other problem we encountered was that while the apartment was cleaned on the surface, it really could have done with a deep cleaning. We found the oven dirty with leftover pizza and dead bugs as we were moving the curtains in the bathroom and bedroom. If these these issues are addressed, we would be happy to stay there again due to the location and very nice feeling of the place.
