The villa itself is good, clean, and generally well maintained. The location is nice and the overall condition of the place was acceptable.<br/>However, I do need to point out that the listing description is not fully accurate. The property is advertised as having four bedrooms, but the fourth room is physically separate from the main villa and located outside the primary structure. This was not clearly disclosed in the listing or photos.<br/>For anyone booking, it’s important to be aware that the fourth bedroom is detached and does not feel like part of the main house. Aside from that, the stay was fine, but I believe the layout should be described more transparently so future guests can make an informed decision.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in El Gouna! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed – exactly as shown in the pictures (if not better). The pool and outdoor seating area were perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to reach the Marina, restaurants, and beaches.

Very pleasant location - good communication with us at all times which was appreciated. A few minor issues that were communicated to the check in team which I imagine will get resolved. So overall a good stay! Thank you
