pros:<br/>location is awesome, sea view is great, check in was easy, check out was even easier, so close to the mall and the hotel.<br/>cons:<br/>the place needs maintainence. I wish I could upload pictures, but here is a list of the things that need fixing:<br/>1. the fridge has a loud continuous tap<br/>2. the hallway floor has a section where the wood is coming off. they attempted to cover it with a rag, but it simply sinks when you step on it..<br/>3. there is wifi, but it keeps disconnecting on all of my devices<br/>4. the hallway window needs to be fixed. any small wind shakes it hard so it keeps making loud noises all night. I couldn't sleep the first few nights until I figured out a way to jam it so it wouldn't shake anymore.<br/>5. the bidet keeps continuously leaking in the bathroom next to the toilet. also there is no bidet holder so it can only stay on the ground...<br/>overall I wouldn't recommend this place in its current state. However, if the above issues are fixed, then I would highly recommend it.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable visit.<br/>It was great to have plenty of body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and to have a clothes rack. And a bathroom and a half. <br/>The apartment is very spacious.

this is not the first time I've stayed in San Stefano. but it's different when you're taken care of by the right people. and Ahmed and his team exceed expectations on every front. <br/>many local cafes, smart intuitive directions. <br/>I recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Alexandria, Egypt.
