J’ai passé un séjour incroyable dans ce logement à El Gouna ! L’endroit est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu et décoré avec goût. Tout était encore mieux que sur les photos. Le confort, la tranquillité et l’emplacement en font un lieu idéal pour profiter pleinement de la beauté d’El Gouna. L’accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande à 100 % et j’y retournerai sans hésiter !

A FUIRE. Au départ hôte réactive concernant les instructions d’arrivé. La maison a une piscine privée sans vis à vis c’était parfait sur ce point. <br/>En revanche présence de cafards dès le premier soir plein de cafards qui sortent de la salle de bain et vont dans les chambres. Il y en avait même dans le lit de mon bébé qui n’a que 3 semaines. La propriétaire est de mauvaise fois et dit que les cafards viennent de dehors alors que c’est faux ! Sont logement est infesté de cafards. C’est honteux de laisser son logement sur AIRBNB ce n’est vraiment pas professionnel de leur part !

Unprofessional Host and No Support from Airbnb<br/>The property was not as advertised and in poor condition. I requested to cancel the remaining nights and get a refund due to the unacceptable situation – something Airbnb’s policy allowed – but the host refused and told me it wasn’t possible.<br/>Despite raising the issue with Airbnb, I was only offered a small compensation that didn’t reflect the stress and inconvenience, especially considering my wife is pregnant. This was handled with zero accountability from both the host and the platform.<br/>Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be booking here again – and I’m seriously reconsidering using Airbnb at all.
